During the build, there are multiple places where self-built tools are executed
that, in a non-pro version, potentially create such dbgsv.log files (into the
current working directory).
One approach would be to set the DBGSV_LOG environment variable around the call
of those self-built tools, to direct the generated dbgsv.log files into another
directory than the source tree (e.g., the local misc output directory); see
DbgGetLogFileName in tools/source/debug/debug.cxx.
