This is not only related to OLE's inside frame. Anytime anyone inserts an OLE
objetc into a Writer document, an additional empty paragraph below it is
created. This does not happen when inserting a frame or a picture into document.
This behavior is not new, I guess it is since SW2... but until now, noone was
offended by this ;-)
