Installation folder on winXP: c:\Program Files\OOodev32_m64\, and set
UserInstallation=$SORIGIN/.. in boostrap.ini
I find that, the user settings created not under OOo installation folder, but
under root into c:\user\ folder.
May be this is cause of not registering java.
