If yes, then please review the configuration file named "VCL.xcu" (either from the installation set or e.g. from here http://hg.services.openoffice.org/DEV300/file/bec9b2b2628f/officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/VC L.xcu) and check the nodes for "zh-cn", "zh-tw", "zh-hk" and "zh-sg".
