I installed OOO320m4 (Build: 9450), but there is no Dutch language pack for it. Then I downloaded and installed the 3.1.1 Dutch language pack, hoping I could choose the developer build to install it against, but that was not the case. The good news is that in the OOO310m19 build the problem has gone away. So the reinstallation of the language pack solved it. It is a pity I don't know which language pack version was installed before.
