Oh, be careful with this... in the past, there were reported several
crashes/bugs here, which only occurred on the ubuntu packages. Having issues
which only occur with OOo taken from the ubuntu repository will NOT be supported
here!

Yes, both - using the ubuntu build and this additional tool might have caused
the problem here.
