Never mind. I found the problem. For some reason the default selection in the
PDF dialog is "Create PDF Form". When I change that to "PDF/A-1a", all 8 pages
of my document are included in the PDF. I found the problem, but I sure would
like to know why the default selection is one that won't print all the pages.
