------- Additional comments from [email protected] Sun Nov 15 10:21:14 +0000 2009 ------- I performed additional testing based in the issue description and I managed to recreate the problem, and I can add another related examples. My scenario: 1. Open a new Presentation file in the Impress application 2. In the first slide click in the Graphic toolbar (in the low part of the screen) and choose Symbol Shapes-->Moon 3. Place the “Moon” anywhere in the slide. (I putted in the down right corner, but the position don’t change the result of the test) 4. Select the shape (Moon) 5. Click on “Task” panel (right side of the window)-->Custom animation-->Modify effect-->Add button 6. Select the “Basic-->Wheel” effect. And press “OK” 7. In the “Effect Wheel” Parameters set the follow: a. Start = With Previous b. Spokes = 1 c. Speed = Medium 8. Press F9 to run the Slide Show Result-->During and at the end of the animation effect the Moon image will be distorted (see attachment “Moon_after_presentation.jpg”) 9. Retest the steps 7-8 with the new parameters : a. Start = “On Click” and “After Previous” b. Speed = “Fast”, “Very Fast” and “Slow” Result-->Same results as previous for every combination of above values (see same attachment “Moon_after_presentation.jpg”) 10. In the same slide place a “Heart” (from the “Symbol Shapes” menu) in the up left corner. 11. After selecting the Heart shape click on Custom animation-->Modify effect-->Add button 12. Select the “Exciting-->Boomerang” effect with the following parameters” a. Start = “On click” b. Spokes = 1 c. Speed = Fast Result--> At the end of the presentation both images will be distorted (see attachment “moon_heart_after_presentation.JPG”) 13. Change the animation effect of the “Heart” to one of the follow: a. Sling, Pinwheel, moving credits, Glide and Bounce. Result--> Same result as previous tests b. Boomerang, Floating, Magnify, Put on the Breaks and Spiral in Result--> During the presentation the Heart image will be distorted but at the end of the presentation the Heart will be “normal”. Note – The distortion not always look the same, but I didn’t find any consistency in this matter --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
