SBA: Since OOo 3.0, the dictionaries come as extensions and I see no point in
reversing this.
You write "all the lingustics needs a kind of a re-launch"... This looks like an
issue "(Parts of) Office not yet perfect, please make better" - That are far too
vague, thus ivalid within an issue tracker. Note that this is an issue tracker,
not a blog platform for general thoughts exchange. Please do so within User
Experience ecxchange platforms. Thank you for your comprehension.
