------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Nov 18 10:48:24 +0000 2009 ------- Hi, I am using OpenOffice.org 3.1.1. OOO310m19 (not available in the "Found in version" field above) on a MacBook Pro running Mac OS X 10.6.2. The problem: Replacing "\n" with a line break using the Find & Replace dialog does not work. What I did: 1) I typed "\n" (using Alt-Shift-7) in the Find field and "\n" in the Replace field as per the instructions in the Help pages. 2) I clicked the Find button. The message "OpenOffice has searched to the end of the document. Do you want to continue from teh beginning?" is displayed. 3) I click the Yes button. The message "Search key not found" is displayed. 4) I click the OK button. I tried this again but copied the "\n" text from the document into the Find and Replace fields. No change. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
