IMPORTANT: it is necessary to shorten translation in all languages except German
(it means ptBr, fr, es, it).
For French, it could be
"DÃplacer vers le haut" -> "Vers le haut"
and
"DÃplacer vers le bas" -> "Vers le bas"
(it seems that German translation was modified in the same way). I suppose that
the same can be done for other languages.
