It's keyID 364156 but the affected part of the dialog has been redesigned.
Before there was the string "Use secure connection" and a combo-box on the right
of the string. Now (m93) there is a string "Use secure connection (SSL)" not
with a combo-box on the right but with a checkbox on the left -> there is enough
space on the right side.
