For English Canada, the default format we output is dd/mm/yy.
The submitter mentions yyyy-mm-dd.
So main differences are:
- different element separator ( - vs. /)
- short vs. longer format.
- direction (year first or last)
What is the reference?
As I already mentioned, the desired format is available in the list but not the
default. Thus I was thinking about the general issue 30216.
