I've used the bibliography database, which is included in OOo by default.
- Opened new writer document
- Opened database-beemer with hotkey F4
- Drag and drop some data fields into the document
- Menu File - Print - Formletter Yes
- Selected 6 Data rows
- Print to file as single document
