there was a scaling issue with the borders (the mapmode was not reset before the
border got drawn). That is now fixed in CWS printerpullpages.
However although now the width is correct, the height is not; this as far as I
can see owes to the fact that calc reports (210mm x 140mm) for each of the 2
pages of output; that seems to be wrong as the side ratio is more like 2:1
