A separate discussion has shown, that there is no specification for N-Up
printing up to now. But that is needed for to decide this issue. I have started
a page for discussion a specification of N-Up printing.

As long as there is no consensus on N-Up printing I will close this issue as
"invalid". A new issue can be written if needed after we get a specification.
