This is a follow-up to issue 51258 which got implemented in CWS tl74.
A minor fix for the above issue was to implement right click cursor placement in
drawing objects.
After that we have the following odd behavior in sd:

Open attached bug, edit e.g. first drawing object and double click on one word.
If you now right click on a different word in the next line and execute the
context menu (e.g. replace word with synonym or or set font style to bold) you
will get the correct effect but now there is also an open and still active
spanning selection.
This should not be, sd should do like the other apps: no selection and cursor is
placed after the replaced text.

Since the effect was introduced with issue 51258 this effect can only be fixed
once CWS tl74 gets integrated.
