The zoom slider indeed is a system independent control and it doesn't even paint
differently in disabled state; I think that would be a separate request to the
owner of svx/source/stbctrls/zoomsliderctrl.cxx (perhaps os nowadays ? setting
him on CC).
Mac scrollbar drawing now fixed in CWS vcl108
