When generating a new document based on a template from <file, new, templates
and documents (lowest enty in that list; I have a German version in front of me,
hence the naming can be slightly different in English from what I state here),
the list that appears shows templates by some text component rather than file
name which is confusing. I found issue 97112 stating the same thing for OO3.0,
yet as it still happens with OO3.1, I want to make sure it gets addressed. As
the template listed was actually imported MS Word templates, I created a new one
with OO writer containing a header like the other. This new template didn't get
listed at all. Furthermore, I actually had created two slightly different
templates in Word that I imported to OO. The reason for only one of them showing
up in the list is probably, that both have the name of "Berlin" in the location
where the name used to distiguish templates in the list is expected. Change of
this mechanism is highly recommeded to make OO more user friendly. File name
should be the right choice to distinguish templates.
