Problem is that in the document the frame style "Graphic" has "page anchor"
which is not allowed. This may have happened through bug described in issue
98814 and issue 105535.
The styles.xml of the odt package must be edited to repair the document. The
anchor type for style "Graphics" must be changed from "page" to "paragraph".
