2009 -------
The <meta:creation-date/> field is defined to contain a W3C compliant date after
XML Schema dateTime type. OpenOffice.org Writer does not recognize the timezone
offset in it, but only parses dates without timezone offset:

"2009-12-04T10:14:00" is parsed correctly and shown nicely in the document
properties.

"2009-12-04T10:14:00+01:00" is *not* parsed correctly and the document
properties show a 0 date.
