Reading between the lines: "...the bright idea picture appears bottom right..."
This indicates you didn't just typed "hello" and clicked the menu but typed
"hello " (AutoCorrected to "Hello" so the "idea tip" appears to show an
AutoCorrection has applied) and then clecked the menu.
Maybe "just" a timing problem between "idea tip" and dialog opening...
Anyway your version is pretty old and we cannot reproduce this.
Please try a current version (a developer version is always better to test) and
reopen the issue if it still happens.
