iha->cd, I have created a toolbar button without an image, as I wanted to have
text only. The framework now tries to collect all the images for the toolbars
and gives this assertion because my image is missing. Can I set a switch
somewhere to explicitly say that I do not want an image? The requested image
name is chartelementselector.png.
