in a bulleted list working in RTF, the format is only saved for the first
paragraph.

The same happens with tabulations

I would like to send the example document but i do not know how to.

Any way the instructions are:
1. in a new document write a series of paragraphs
2. apply bullets, or numbered list to them
3. save as RTF
4. Reload document

The result is that the formatting is only applied to the first paragraph and the
rest are default.

I have seen that applying the format in each line individually and doing a
carriage return at the end of the line has the effect of keeping the format
after saving.

Same behaviour occurs when step 2 is: 2.apply formats to tabulations
