OK that is reasonable explanation but files created with MS Word 2003 and MS
Word 2007(in compatibility mode ex. saved as in MS Word 2003 format) are
working well in Quark 7.5 even when the file is created in OO Writer 3.1.1 and
then opened an saved in MS Word 2003 or 2007 can be imported in Quark so this
can not be problem with Quark but it is problem that you changed the format for
save as MS Word 97/2000/XP like you sad you removed the thumb so the solution
is to in next release to get that thumb back and everting will be OK.
I must say that OO 3.1.1 is great improvement and I think that this must be
solved in OO 3.2 release.
