Looked again in m8:
README_hyph_da_DK.txt is non-existing, the only README is for da_DK.dic
the hyph_da_DK.dic file has no copyright statement at all either.
It does not matter what a random zip somewhere else has (at least not for this
issue), it does matter what is in OOos dictionaries/ module
Reopen.
