------- Additional comments from [email protected] Mon Dec 21 14:00:28 +0000 2009 ------- The function "show control characters" has some deficiencies. 1) Blanks at the end of a line are not visible. So I cannot see whether there is one ore several blanks; when correcting texts, this is annoying. 2) The line feed representation shows as well a new line, an end of paragraph and a new page. The latter is also shown with a black line on the new page on top of the grey border line. This is almost not visible as its style or colour cannot be altered.
