Hi Rainer,
just installed 3.2.0rc1 on Ubuntu
(did parallel installation, but pointed to the 3.1.1 user data for the user
directory)
Fist trial gave the same problem: did not work
then I merged to single files and immediately afterwards tried send via mail
again.
This time it worked (as you will have seen in your mail box).
Will test again in the next days ..
