2005 -------
The problem (a) is fixed. The model was not initialized synchronously.
The problem (b) is resul of asyncronous implementation of the html-filter.
Either the office implementation should be adjusted or the filter must work
syncronously. A standalone issue 47763 is submitted for this case.
