MRU->OD: I am quite sure that we already talked about this problem (though it
might be a few years ago) - but I was not able to find a similar issue. It looks
that a numbering rule when placed in the page header of different page styles
will count depending on the name of the page style (alphabetical order).
do you think, that this might ever be solved?
