Please do not paste these kilometer-long system dumps here - they are not
helpful and make issues EXTREMELY inconvenient to handle.
Now back to your problem. I can export such documents without any problem,
regardless of content or if another file already exists. Did you make any
special settings in the PDF options dialog (like "lossless compression)?
MRU->HI: maybe this is a problem only occurring on x86-Mac's?
