AW: Had to completely change SdrRectObj::GetHdl and adapt
SdrRectObj::GetHdlCount() to dyamically create 9 or 10 handles, where the
hatched textframe handle is only created for objects with true == IsTextFrame().
The HDL_CIRC for edge rounding will now be created in-between.
The order has to be correct, so different start points are used. Seems to work
well, but needs more text to not appear somewhere where it's not wanted.
Interactions work well.
Checked many combinations, looks good.
