Fixed priority and changed milestone so this gets not missed again.
The technical background seems to be that hyperlinks at shapes are represented
as interactions and there is no shape interaction support in draw, only in
impress. I suspect the ability to add hyperlinks to shapes in draw was inserted
by mistake while fixing another issue. None the less it makes sense in draw and
should work there, will have a look...
