This problem is something inevitable in real life (using WYSIWYG and TT fonts)
and not a special OOo problem ;-)
Google will show thousands of hits concerning "Web page looks different ..."
To avoid such problems you should use a desktop publishing program, you can
attenuate those problems following some rules.
