So I used the following softwares: http://www.xiaoyaobi.com/ has a software called 逍遥笔 (Xiao Yao Bi) to draw character using mouse. http://okuc.net/software/UniFonts.exe I use this unicode font pack to display Then I add 𦮼 to Google Pinyin self defined dictionary.
