I get a very similar message with my "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build
9420)]" when I rename the Seamonkey browser folder before I try registration.
Unfortunately registration seems to be broken in DEV300m69, so that I can't try
an English version.
I doubt that it's an OOo problem, it seems that something is broken in
reporter's OS.
