As I said: Feel free to reopen WHEN you have the needed information.
Closing is only the natural consequence of marking as "resolved" and all this is
only "words" which cannot cover every reality.
The important thing is: can we handle your issue or not? So far we cannot so we
remove it from the list of open issues for now. But you might change this adding
the information we need.
