I've tried the issue with version 3.1.1 and the issue persists. Please
replicate it yourself with version 3.1.1 using the files I sent. The non
production release 3.2rc1 is something I haven't tried, however even if it did
resolve the issue, we couldn't use it in our production environment.
Please email me a copy of the pdf that you purport to have created with 3.1.1
