1) I don't get a crash when I start the presentation in the slide sorter view.
2) It's not a bug. In 'Slide Show / Slied Show Settings' is 'Type / Window'
selected. Therefore the presentation is not fullscreen.
3) I can reproduce the bug in OOo m87 but everything works in OOo m94.
Please have a look if you can still reproduce the crash in the latest version
OOo m94.
