Reproducible with "Ooo 3.2.0 RC2 WIN XP DE German UI [OOo320m9 (Build 9476)]"!
When I open "test.XLS" with OOo and switch to 'Normal View', I see a manual
column break between columns 'J' and 'K', what will cause the unexpected page
break. That page break is not visible with MS EXCEL Viewer.

With what program has the document been created? This might be a problem with
that program (but I doubt, because the document is shown correctly with EXCEL
viewer).
