Reproducible with "Ooo 3.2.0 RC2 WIN XP DE-multilingual version German UI
activated [OOo320m9 (Build 9476)]", so OS -> ALL
Also reproducible with WRITER. If you save a new WRITER document in the same
folder as attached "11971542601675001438kuba_Envelope_2.odg", then
1. insert drawing as linked object with menu
'Insert - Object - OLE object - from File',
2. Save writer document,
3. Break link using 'Edit - Links - Break link'
4. save and close WRITER document
5. reopen document
expected: document with embedded DRAWing
actual: document with linked DRAWing
Sometimes I even get the message "11971542601675001438kuba_Envelope_2.odg can
not be found" in step 5
