2010 -------
Finally I moved some more code to svl, unotools, svtools and sfx2 and so got rid
of svx/source/options and svx/source/svxlink.
That's it for now. In further steps we could think about where to put the GUI
code in dialog, stbctrls, tbctrls etc.
