@ bonytony: Please don't reopen or file new issue for a known problem. In short:
we don't have an answer to your question. Have you tried to switch off all
security tools when installing OOo? Be sure that you have disconnected from the
internet then!
We haven't been able to reproduce. maybe that you can get an answer when asking
in issue 103111. It might be helpful to ask at the related mailing lists:
