I've tried the above (copy table and paste as RTF) in both buildid=320m8(Build:9472) and buildid=320m9(Build:9476) as well, and no crash. I can also try in 320m7 if you'd like. No issues with tstIssue108408_PasteThisTableAsRTFMakesOOoCrash.odt in those either. One thing I should note, although it shouldn't have anything to do with the crashes you may be seeing, is that my user profile for my standard OOo's are located in /home/<username/.openoffice.org3.
