Looks good. The only suspicious thing is that "static StringHashTableImpl
aImpl(1024);" in rtl_str_hash_get is not thread-safe, which, however, it also
need not be, as its only use in rtl_ustring_intern_internal is guarded by
pPoolMutex. Maybe documenting the declaration of rtl_str_hash_get as not
thread-safe would be good.
@cmc: If you do not have any CWS handy, I can put this onto my pile of patches
for OOo 3.3.
