The template was made by: edit / exchange database / browse /define then insert / field /other / database / mail merge field /insert The prints were made by edit / exchange database / browse /define followed by print / yes (form letter) / select all records / print to file / single job (some screenshots illustrate this) OOo 3.0.1 produces a record per page as expected OOo 3.1.1 produces a single blank page. I had the same error with 3.1 also. Exact build numbers are shown on the template. Please ask if you need more detail.
