2010 -------
Only pie charts where all segments are moved out 100% are detected to be of type
exploded. All other pies are detected to be 'normal'. MS for example does handle
this the same.
You can easily switch to exploded and than back to normal if you want.
I think changing the behavior here is not worth the effort. -> wont fix
