I find this handling of users' bug reports unsatisfactory.
1) "When the whole text of a list paragraph has a certain formatting it will be
handed over to the list label."
This is just not so. Please read my earlier report on formatting the list label
as bold.
2) "this works as designed, desired and decided by the OOo community."
One may doubt, for the benefit of the OOo community, that it has desired two
inconsistencies, viz.:
- differential behavior of italics and bold formatting in list labels.
- a menu offering independent formatting of the list label, with subsequent
failure to realize it.
