Yes, we know that sometimes the view gets a little corrupted. You can fix this
manually by triggering a rebuilt by scrolling (as you already found out) or by
by pressing Ctrl-Shift-R (for a manual refresh of the view).
This mainly happens after using dialogs in Writer or scrolling. See issue 87403
or issue 64836, but there are also other situation which are also already
tracked here.
