After cancelling the Document Recovery the lockfile will not deleted 

* open an existing OpenDocument Text Document (.odt)
* kill all soffice.bin processes for example via the Windows Task Manager or
Linux: killall KILL soffice.bin 
* restart OOo
* OOo Document Recovery starting  "Press 'Start Recovery' to start the recovery
process of the documents listed below..."
* Button "Cancel"
* Message "Are you sure you want to cancel the OpenOffice.org document 
recovery?"
* Button "Yes"

->The lockfile ~lock.filename.odt#  is still there
